A graduate of Johnson & Wales with a background in hospitality, she leads by example—believing that when the back of house flows smoothly, the front of house thrives. Known for her nurturing spirit, Jen fosters teamwork, elevates service, and lives out our "Do Good Things" mission. She’s also a passionate advocate for autism awareness, a cause close to her heart, and brings that same compassion into every part of her work.
